Ryan Kogelman
Managing Director
With over two decades of experience in athlete management, sports management, and strategic projects, Ryan has built an extensive global network and is a trusted advisor and leader within the sports industry.
As the founder of RDK Sports International, Ryan has passionately and meticulously worked on the delivery of major international projects, spending a great deal of time with industry leaders around the globe over many years to enhance his knowledge, education and grasp of international best practice within sport and sport related business, to provide the best possible outcomes for the company’s clients and customers.
Ryan’s deep understanding of the business of sport, combined with his passion for development and innovation, has organically led to the growth and expansion of RDK Sports International. Known for his personable approach and commitment to excellence, Ryan continues to drive impactful, long-term outcomes for his clients.
Ryan is a proud family man and father to Willow, Jack & Max and loves spending time with family and friends, travelling around the USA, or on the BBQ.

Lily Gray
Senior Manager - Partnerships & Operations
Lily is the Senior Manager for Partnerships and Operations at RDK Sports International, where she has been with the company for 5 years. Combining a strong interest in both sport and business, Lily oversees client relationships, manages strategic partnerships, and leads the execution of projects locally and internationally.
She drives the operations and strategy of events, international tours, and programs, including managing the Global Elite Sports Conference and organising immersive professional development tours and programs for national and international universities and sporting organisations.
With a background in netball as a player, Lily is passionate about sport development and education. Her experience in brand development and event management allows her to bring a keen eye for detail to every project. Lily is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences and building strong, lasting relationships with partners and clients. Not only does Lily make all branding initiatives look good, she is also a decorated netball player and health advocate, loves tuna and rice and business fashion.

Sam Coen
Senior Manager - Business & Project Development.
Sam brings a wealth of experience and knowledge through his 15+ years working in sport and business, including roles with Essendon FC, QLD Reds, the Gold Coast Suns and supporting Sport Tech startups.
Sam has a passion for development and a keen eye for connecting people to create meaningful relationships and opportunities within sport and business. Sam has supported the delivery of major international projects, providing valuable insights into high-performance, athlete development and the pathways that exist within sport.
Another passion of Sam’s is leading specialist groups on tours around elite collegiate and professional teams/organizations within the USA, combining development opportunities through facilities, education, high-performance, coaching, operations and business.
Sam is also a proud family man, father to Sienna and Sonny and enjoys extremely long runs, spending time with his family, the Saddle Ranch and the occasional practical joke.

Delaney Heller
International Pathway & Programs Manager
Delaney joined RDK Sports International in September 2024, with a range of experience across the US College Athletics system. Originally from the Bay Area region of California, Delaney spent three years working in the athletic department at the University of California, Berkeley (Cal) before joining RDK Sports International.
In her previous role at Cal, she provided support to different areas of the department including Football gameday event management, conference and NCAA tournament event support, Title IX and gender equity efforts, student-athlete participation on campus committees, and incoming student-athlete and parent onboarding.
Before her career in sports, Delaney played four years of Division I softball at the University of San Diego from 2016 to 2020. Upon graduation, she continued her education at the University of San Francisco, earning her Master of Science in Sport Management in 2022 whilst jugging the demands of work.
Delaney is passionate about creating rewarding relationships, and advocates for young athletes to use sport as a bridge to pursue different career pathways while building meaningful connections along the way. Delaney also enjoys time at the beach, a long hike, or catching up on a call with family in the USA to work out the meaning of some Aussie slang.

Jesse Joyce
Sport Development Coordinator
Jesse brings a wealth of experience from both the school sports system and the professional sporting landscape in Australia. Before joining RDK Sports International, he played a key role in High School Sport Development and Administration, where he established the first Australian Rules Football program at St Hilda's School. Under his guidance, the program achieved record participation and team success across all age groups.
Jesse's professional sporting career spanned five years as a footballer with the Gold Coast Suns, from 2016 to 2022. A proud Gold Coast local, he has always been passionate about giving back to his community, volunteering with the Gold Coast Suns Academy and recently stepping into a Development Coach role for the under-18s team.
Jesse’s connection with RDK Sports International goes beyond his current role. He has been a long-time member of the RDK family, first as a client through its athlete management division and later through participation in various professional development programs and tours.

Zoe Deitch
Sport & Program Development Coordinator
Originally from Melbourne, Zoe moved to the Gold Coast to advance her education and pursue her passion for the intersection of sports, law, and business. With a keen interest in these fields, she brings a thoughtful and organised approach to her role at RDK Sports International.
As the Sport & Program Development Coordinator, Zoe plays a vital role in delivering and enhancing RDK Sports International’s core programs and client accounts. Her dedication to fostering growth and innovation in sport ensures the continued success of the organisation’s initiatives. Alongside Zoe’s love for the outdoors and weekend camping trips, she has a passion for music and can be found curating the best Spotify playlists for the office!
